If you truly have “done your education” as you put it, you would realize that there is almost always more than one way to categorize. I don’t see why ones chromosomes have a heavier weighting to you for the categorization of ones gender than ones felt gender or secondary sex characteristics, or any other categorization.

I have done my education, and I know about these rare flukes called cisgender and abnormal chromosome pairing. That is a very rare birth defect. I agree with the other post. I also got extremely tired after major FFS surgery. I was lucky having a doctor getting concerned, I was really low and tired. Sure it´s a big body trauma having ffs, but you should really check that your thyroid is ok. It´s very common problem and easy to treat (a pill). Hugs from Sweden…
Sounds similar to the thyroid problem i have , you should get it checked out .
