There are 2 types of sergery for this medioplasty and phyloplasty.
Medioplasty just uses wat u have from the growth of hormones.
phyloplasty is using grafts from ur thighs and arms to form the penis. There have ben advanses in the medical industry toi help to make them larger if they would like. But sensation is lost at times depending
instantly lost credibility when you used “there” instead of “they’re” in the intro.
I often wonder if they could make the penis bigger too. They always seem kinda of small
