Transsexual / Transgender Spouses - Embracing Hope, an interview
lorisrevival asked:
If there is just one of these videos that you watch, it should be this one. I interview Randi and Shellie from Phoenix, Arizona. Randi just recently transitioned successfully from male to female while on the job, and her relationship with her spouse Shellie has withstood the test of time. Shellie and Randi explain some of those reasons, and they encourage anyone who is transgendered / transsexual, or is a friend, family member,or spouse of someone who is transgendered, that they can hold on …
Still catching up on old vlogs. Shellie’s little speech made me cry. It was beautiful. I also have a soft spot for trans partners, since I love my own dearly.
I’m so glad for them that they have created a new relationship that works for both of them. Thanks for this interview!
shellie is hysterical xD she’s always laughing =] im glad that they have managed to work through this! more power to them!
Thank you for posting this
And even STILL they dare me to hope. Behind the scenes, they are as amazing as in front of the camera.
OMG that was so cool Shelley you made me cry! Thank you so much for sharing you are daring me to HOPE!
Ain’t they though?
How lovely they are. x
I sent them this message Jack. Thank you for including your thoughts here!
You get to see them every month? Soooo unfair !
Randi and Shellie are so great aren’t they!? I love when I get to see them on the first Thursdays of the month! Thanks for taking the time out to make this cool video.
XO Bre
Where do I start. What should I say.
Randi, I have the fondest memories of you, your brothers, your parents, Rebel. I had to watch the video a time or to to really see you, I could tell it was you from the start but it needed to sink in. it has. You looked happy, content, in a relationship that has endured more than I could imagine. I hope the most difficult times are over and wish that you enjoy life to the fullest. I will allways be here if you need family, and you know my mom will to, Jack
hun i so luv u
Thank you so much! It was one of my favorite videos!
Wow, is all I can say. What a beautiful group of people
Your welcome, I hope it inspires!

Absolutely fantastic hun. This is the first on your films I’ve seen. As I’m sure happens with so many of our videos, I just stummbled upon it. Please keep doing what your doing. You are making a difference.
Know this touches me back, Ben. Shellie and Randi hoped it would do this to others as well. Bless you as you struggle through your own relationship. Hope is key,no doubt.
Thanks Lori. This touched me so much. I”m FTM and in early transition and my Lesbian partner is struggling still. I’ts good to hear the message of Hope.
sincerely, Ben Willow
The production was done rather on the fly. The camera was on my car in fact! Yes, you will definitely hear from both of them again, for sure!
liked the video just wish it hadnt been so choppy and could have heard more from both of them lots of hugs and love:)
I know! I’m sooo jealous I hate them! Kidding, kidding! sheez!
awesome to see a couple staying together and well, so happy !
Sadly it’s a rarity. I hope and pray couples in love can remain together by watching and hearing about stories like theirs.
